In order to make its collections accessible to vulnerable population groups, the Department of Educational Activities of Nikos Kazantzakis Museum (MNK) designed and implements an exciting interactive tour of the Museum’s Permanent Exhibition.
The interactive tour is carried out by the Museum Educator of the MNK who accompanies the participants encouraging them to activate their body and senses throughout the entire tour in order to perceive the Museum’s exhibits and get to know the great Cretan writer Nikos Kazantzakis and his work.
Join us on an interactive tour where we will travel in time through black and white photos, we shall dance to the rhythm of the music and our bodies will be transformed into trees. We shall feel and smell Nikos Kazantzakis’ favorite spices and we shall solve puzzles which will lead us to the heroes of his books.
Our concern is to make the Museum a place of socialization where everyone will feel free to express himself.
